Do I need canyoning experience?
No. Guides teach the basic abseiling technique and supervise the rappels, slides and optional jumps.
What are the age and fitness requirements?
The published minimum is age seven and approximately 25 kg. Guests must be able to swim and should disclose relevant medical concerns.
Can I avoid the jumps?
Yes. Jumps are voluntary, and bypass routes are available for the jump sections.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety depends on rainfall and water flow. Tours may be rescheduled or refunded when conditions exceed safe limits.
What is the cancellation policy?
