Does Silver Firs directly operate every tour?
No. Silver Firs designs and coordinates the journey and remains your central planning contact. Individual activities are delivered by selected local operators, who manage their guides, equipment, safety procedures and on-the-day operation. Your confirmed arrangements explain the services and responsibilities applicable to your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Your quotation and booking confirmation state the cancellation terms for the selected operator and services. Please review them before paying, as terms can vary by activity and season.
What happens in bad weather?
The operating partner makes the final safety decision. We will help coordinate any available rescheduling or other option in line with the written terms for your booking.
Are transfers included?
Transfers are included only when listed in your quotation. Otherwise, we provide a meeting point and can quote optional transport where available.
Can children join?
Age, height, swimming ability and fitness requirements vary. Share every child’s age when enquiring so the operator can confirm suitability.
How do payments work?
Your quote confirms the currency, deposit or full-payment requirement, accepted method and whether any amount is payable directly to the operator.
What should guests bring?
Bring suitable clothing, closed footwear where requested, sun protection, water and any personal medication. A precise packing list is sent with your booking confirmation.
