Information we receive
We may receive your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group details, activity preferences and any information you choose to include in an enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, recommend suitable services, prepare quotations, coordinate selected independent operators and administer confirmed arrangements. We do not sell personal information.
Independent operators
Relevant booking details may be shared with the selected activity, transport, accommodation or other service provider when necessary to assess availability, suitability or deliver a confirmed service.
WhatsApp and external services
When you continue an enquiry through WhatsApp, your communication is processed under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party services are governed by those providers.
Analytics and cookies

Retention and security
