Booking terms.

Our role

Silver Firs plans journeys and coordinates selected independent operators. Unless a written confirmation expressly states otherwise, the named operator delivers the activity and remains responsible for its guides, vehicles, boats, horses, equipment and on-the-day operation.

Quotations and confirmation

Website prices are starting or indicative prices unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only after availability, final price, inclusions, payment requirements and cancellation terms are provided in writing and the required payment is received.

Guest information

Guests must provide accurate ages, group numbers, contact details and relevant medical, mobility, swimming, fitness or experience information. The operator may decline participation when published or confirmed requirements are not met.

Changes and weather

Routes, start times and activity details may change for safety, weather, water, sea, trail or access reasons. The selected operator makes the final operational and safety decision.

Guest responsibility

Guests must follow safety instructions, use supplied equipment correctly and avoid participating while impaired. Suitable travel insurance, including the planned activities, is strongly recommended.

Third-party services

Independent providers may apply their own conditions. Where those conditions differ, the terms included with the written booking confirmation for that service take precedence.
